EXHIBIT C— Pre - mining and Mining Plan Maps of Affected Lands
The immediately adjacent surface owners of record, taken from the Adams
County GIS, is shown on Exhibit C -1.
The roads, buildings power lines, etc. are shown on Exhibit C -2.
The topographic maps are shown on Exhibit C -3.1 and Exhibit 3.2.
The affected lands will include the area to be excavated for the entire French
drain and the associated construction activities. Excavation for the entire French
drain will be approximately 100' by 1,900' or 4.36 acres. The newly added
affected area is limited to 100' by 1200' or 2.75 acres [this is just the area in the
road and in Stagecoach.]
The vegetation of the affected lands within the present boundary is largely
undisturbed from the vegetation at the time of the original permit. As indicated
in the attached original reclamation plan, that vegetation consists of thistle, wild
mustard, prickly pear cactus, clover and a variety of mixed grasses. There are also
dead cottonwood trees present that will be removed by the construction of the
drain. The affected area on the Henderson Aggregates property is pasture grass.
Water features are shown on Exhibit C -4.
Structures are shown on Exhibit C -2.
The soils survey map is presented on Exhibit C -5. The soils consist of three types;
Dacono, 1 to 3 % slopes (DaB), Loamy alluvial land, gravel substratum (Lv), and
Terrace escarpments (Tc).
