PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Fred Wilson with Way Up High Mining Company, LLC; at 95 Nettle Creek Road, <br />Carbondale Colorado 81623, (970)- 379 -1934, has filed an application for a Hard <br />Rock/Metal Mining Limited Impact (I 10) Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act. <br />The proposed mine is known as the Digging the Blues Lode , and is located at or near <br />Section 20, Township 51 North, Range 7 East, 23rd Prime Meridian. The proposed date of <br />commencement is May 15th, 2015, and the proposed date of completion is September <br />30th, 2025. The proposed future use of the land is Recreational Land use. Additional <br />information and tentative decision date may be obtained from the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado <br />80203, (303) 866 -3567, or at the Chaffee County Clerk and Recorder's office; P.O. Box <br />699, 104 Crestone Avenue, Salida, Colorado 81201, or the above -named applicant. A <br />complete copy of the application is available at the above -named County Clerk and <br />Recorder's office and at the Division's office. Comments concerning the application and <br />exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the Division of Reclamation, Mining, <br />and Safety by 4:00 p.m. on Monday the 13th, 2015. <br />
