Ephemera/ Resources, LLC. <br />PO Box 1769 <br />Grand ,Tunction, Co 81502 <br />April 1, 2015 <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />1313 Sherman St. Room 215 <br />Denver, Co 80203 <br />Regarding: Annual Report <br />Permittee: Ephemeral Resources, LLC <br />Permit #: M- 2002 -046 <br />Operation Name: D Road Gravel Pit <br />Anniversary Date: April 14, 2015 <br />The above referenced pit location was in operation more than 180 days and has not been <br />granted a temporary cessation during the past year. <br />During the past year no new extraction was started. Operations and stockpiles in Areas A <br />and D remain in use and are shown on the attached map. All other extraction areas remain <br />unaffected. <br />Seeding in Area B was not completed last fall and is scheduled for this spring. <br />Weed control continues from April thru August in Extraction Areas A and B. Weed <br />control is done by the leasee and an independent contractor. Primarily 2 -4 -D and curtail are used <br />to control mostly Kosha weeds and some Russian Knapweed. <br />Thru a technical revision in 2013 we requested a change of mining sequence and said we <br />would notify the division 60 days prior to any new extraction. At this time we are notifying the <br />division that extraction in Area F will start this year. <br />Attached is a map of the pit showing the extraction areas, sloping and stockpile locations. <br />By <br />Mark Gardner, Manager <br />
