• Tally a string of 1" tremie pipe. Run in the hole and tag the top of the <br />screen at 1230.76. <br />• Lift tremie 3', hang, and prepare to pour sand pack. <br />• Sand pack plan: From TD to top of screen (1230'). Calculate 12.4 <br />sacks (50 lbs each, 1012/1020 mix) of Colorado Silica Sand. Poured <br />through the tremie with a water flow. <br />• Pour 8 sks sand, wait 15 min., tag back at top of screen. Pour 4 sks, <br />wait 15 mein., tag 1.6' above screen. <br />• Pull back 5 stands of tremie (210') and pour 2 pails (100 Ibs) of Cetco <br />3/8" coated bentonite tablets. <br />• Wait 1 hour and pour 1 sack sand to protect pellets. <br />NOTE: water flowing up and out of tubing. <br />November 12 <br />• Trip in hole with tremie and tag top of sand at 1220.6. <br />• Pull back 5' and start grout pour. Cement from top of sand to surface <br />with 13 pound per gallon neat cement. Mix and pump a 1900 gallons <br />slurry (140 sacks cement) in 7 stages. Pull 9 joints of tremie at each <br />stage. <br />• Cement to surface at end of final stage. <br />• Install temporary plug and valve in tubing. <br />• Estimated flow from underburden zone 2 -3 gpm. <br />November 15 <br />• Install the wellhead and riser assembly. <br />November 18 <br />• Flow testing well. Flow measures 1.5 gpm, shut -in pressure 48 psi. <br />
