<br />Proposed revision will
<br />allow the site to use incremental
<br />bonding. incremental bonding will at-

<br />The loadout's

<br />The spur track and loodout are loca-
<br />ted south of State Highway 6 & 50,

<br />and west of the old Fruita Refinery.
<br />The City of Fruita lies approximately

<br />proposed spur track and 10adout.
<br />Reed Wash runs through the central
<br />portion of the proposed
<br />permit boundary. Loma Drain runs
<br />through the western edge of the per-
<br />mit boundary, The

<br />owns 201.3 acres, the Union Pacific
<br />Railroad owns 5.3
<br />acres and Fruita Development LLC
<br />owns 2.0 acres. The minerals within
<br />the proposed permit
<br />area are owned by the respective pri-
<br />vate surface owners.

<br />The Daily Sentinel, a daily newspaper, published and duly printed in
<br />The County of Mesa, State of Colorado; that said newspaper has a
