On the areas where the undisturbed topsoil is higher than the disturbance of the ditch, the straw <br />waddles can be removed. In areas where the ditch disturbance is higher than the undisturbed topsoil, the spoil <br />must be separated from the topsoil edge to prevent mixing of the soils. <br />The primary and emergency spillways of Pond 002 were in place. A safety fence was in place around the <br />emergency spill way shaft (photo 6).
