Although we both understand EFCI's concern, the Division is not
willing to extend the NOV abatement deadline at this time. The Division recognizes that ultimately an extension
may be necessary but would like to continue its review of the technical responses related to TR -43 before
prematurely extending the NOV. Mike believes that the Division can conduct a thorough yet expedited review of
the adequacy responses; if additional technical issues remain an additional extension of both the TR -43 deadline
and the NOV abatement deadline may be warranted. Nevertheless, the Division would like to review the
responses before committing to extending the NOV. The proposed extension date related to TR -43 of April 24 is
sufficient time for the Division to conducts its review.
The Division and I are available next week for a conference call to discuss this matter. We would prefer to
meet /call Thursday or Friday, if possible.
Jeff
- - - -- Original Message---- -
From: Ric Fanyo [ maiIto:rfanyo@duffordbrown.com]
Sent: Tuesday, March 31, 2015 11:34 AM
https: //m ai I .googl e.com /m ai I /u/0 / ?ui= 2 &i k= e29129fcb5 &view = pt &search= i nbox &th= l4c7abfG49l e6671 &si m l= 14c7abfc49l e6671 2/4
