The decision date for TR -02 is April 22, 2015. The <br />Division has reviewed TR -02 and has the following comments and questions: <br />1) What will be the approximate width of the road that connects to your son's property, after <br />mining and reclamation have been completed? <br />2) It appears that the proposed berm along the eastern portion of the permit boundary is located <br />within the 100 -year flood plain of West Plum Creek. <br />a. Will the proposed berm be constructed above the original land surface? Or is the <br />proposed berm remnants of the pit slope and highwall that were not dayligted to the east? <br />b. Will the Operator need any form of a permit(s) from Douglas County and/or the Urban <br />Drainage and Flood Control District to construct the proposed berm? <br />c. What is the approximate length and width of the proposed berm? <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of TR -02. Please remember that the <br />decision date for TR -02 is April 22, 2015. As previously mentioned, if you are unable to provide <br />satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to this date, it will be your responsibility to request an <br />extension of time to allow for continued review of this Technical Revision.
