It appears that all issues have been addressed and <br />the application meets the requirements of the Act and Rules. Therefore, staff is pleased to <br />inform Total E&P USA Oil Shale, LLC, that the Prease Exploration Proiect. File No. P -2014- <br />022, is approved. <br />Staff calculations estimate the reclamation costs associated with the project to be <br />$52,435.01.
