The previous POO was <br />originally submitted in 2009 and was approved after two years in 2011. It expired June of 2014. <br />We also submitted for a State Prospecting Permit, No. P 2009 -16. The attached plan is <br />essentially unchanged except that one proposed exploratory pit has been dropped. <br />However, a bond was never assessed for this project. I carried the reclamation responsibilities <br />under Glacier Peak bonds since several of the sites were on my claims. (Although George is the <br />senior claimant, I had two mining permits, one under Colorado Calumet, and the Glacier Peak <br />permit which covered several sites which we overlapped We have worked with George for <br />many years.) I am also agent for George <br />Not that George wants to put up bond money, nor do I want to put up any more, we need to do so <br />to cover the extent of this operation whether or not we have sufficiency of bonds for other <br />projects. <br />For 2015, we plan to open 2 to 3 prospect sites and reclaim them. We are prospecting, similar to <br />Krystle on her American Dream project. If and when we discover a good structure, we will then <br />permit for mining and resubmit everything. <br />Additionally, Krystle is submitting her bond money to the state for the American Dream <br />exploration.
