Bowie Resources, L.LC 6 hereinafter <br />referred to as the operator_ <br />Statutes and Regulations. - -This minim plan approval is issued pursu t to Federal Lease <br />COC75916; the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended (30 U -S -C- 19 1 at .%eq_); and in <br />the use of acgalred lands, the MiWaal ]-.easing Act for Acquired Lands of 1947. as <br />arntndod (30 U.S.C. 351 et seq.). This mining plan approval is subject to ail applicable <br />laws and regulations of the Secretary € fthee Interior which are now or hereafter in force, <br />and all such laws and regulations art mWe a part h f.
