The Annual Reports for Star Water Resource (M- 1977 -522) and Rinn Valley Resource (M -1997-
093) are being sent together, because there is one check to cover the annual fees for both
permits (check # 196140, dated 03/05/2015, for $1,582.00).
This past year, L.G. Everist amended the site's DRMS permit - to change the reclamation plan
from unlined lakes to lined water storage. Reclamation work included constructing a slurry wall
around the Western lake, backfilling much of the Eastern lake, then sloping, grading and
revegetation throughout the property, as per the permitted reclamation plans.
In February -2015, L.G. Everist submitted a Technical Revision to the Division, to update the
reclamation plan with minor changes of the as -built finished reclamation of the site. The
Technical Revision was approved by the Division on March 6, 2015. The Reclamation Map
accompanying this Annual Report is from the approved Technical Revision.
