He needs to access the home he is going to build via the pit road, there will be no other <br />houses. <br />I would like to leave a permanent berm between the creek and the pit floor to obstruct the view <br />from Highway 105 during our ongoing mining operations. This berm would not be touched on the <br />creek side and slope 4/1 on the pit side. <br />We would like to build a 25' x 100' pole barn on the permitted area to enhance our ranching and <br />farming operation. This barn will be used for hay and wood storage. <br />The enclosed map shows, in red, the changes I am proposing.
