Exhibit B <br />Site Description <br />Blue Valley Pit <br />A: The area to be mined is of native grasses. The soil is a gravel, cobbles <br />and boulders in a loamy sand to sand soil matrix. <br />(River Alluvium Unit Qa2) <br />B: There is only one Man made structure within 200 feet of the affected <br />area, which is the disconnected power line belonging to Mountain Park <br />Electrical Association. The access road crosses under WAPA <br />distribution lines but we are more than 200 feet from their poles. State <br />Highway 9 is the terminus of our access road. <br />C: The Blue River is west of the proposed Blue Valley pit. There will be <br />no run off from the pit area due to BMPS placed on the site. Please see <br />attached Storm Water Prevention Plan Map <br />D: Not required <br />E: No publications or monitoring data for the water table are available. <br />There are no domestic wells, or monitoring wells in the mine site area. <br />No free - flowing ground water was encountered in exploratory pits that <br />were excavated by Hepworth - Pawlak Geotechnical on August 29, 2014. <br />F: A geotechnical report was prepared by Hepworth- Pawlak <br />Geotechnical, Inc. on September 13, 2014. This report is attached. <br />G: No SCS soils report is available for this site. <br />
