March 10, 2015 C -1981- 016 /Hawk Nest E & W JRS <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />- All of the reclaimed areas were well vegetated and stable. The Division conducted two years of vegetation <br />monitoring and determined that the vegetative cover was sufficient to control erosion and promote the post- mining <br />land use of wildlife habitat. There were some noxious weeds present on the site, mainly Canada thistle and <br />Russian knapweed, but they made up less than the 3% of the total vegetative cover as allowed.
