March 20, 2015 C- 2009 - 087 /Peabody Sage Creek Mine JLE <br />Little Grassy Creek, wetland enhancement <br />Ditches, culverts and impoundments observed throughout the main facilities area are stable and functioning as <br />designed with the exception of the following: <br />-The berm surrounding the coal storage area and water tank has eroded and is cutting into the CH -2 channel and <br />will need to be repaired. <br />Berm surrounding coal storage area Channel CH -2 <br />-Near the inlet to the Lower Sump from drainage FA -D8, where the drainage turns to drain into the sump, the west <br />side of the drainage is eroding and cutting into the slope above.
