The C -LP -21 Mine is located in Montrose County and operates under a 112 permit, with a
permitted acreage of 13.2 acres. This mine does not have a phased reclamation plan. There were
no additional acres affected during this report year, and no additional disturbance is anticipated
for the next report year.
I have enclosed a new map, although no changes have occurred since the last annual report.
