EXHIBIT A — Legal Description <br />That portion of the NW %a Section 21 Township 8 North Range 53 west of the Oh principle <br />meridian, Logan County, Colorado, containing 32 acres more or less. The entrance is located <br />approximately 2200' east of the intersection of Co Rd. 29 and Co. Rd. 32. The pit lies east of <br />Co. Rd. 29. The Dollerschell Gravel Pit is immediately east of a CDOT gravel pit also known as <br />the Dollerschell Pit (M =1979 -160). Delineator boundary posts will beset to mark the expanded <br />pit areas as shown on the map. <br />BXMbff B --Index Man <br />Exhibit B shows a regional location map of the area and a notation of where the expanded and <br />converted Dollerschell Pit (M -1986 -074) is located. <br />
