March 19, 2015 C- 1982- 056/Foidel Creek Mine JLE <br />Debris stored adjacent to Pond B <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Signs and markers were in place as required throughout the mine site. One maintenance item <br />was noted that will need to be addressed: <br />-During the October, 2014 complete inspection it was noted that the disturbance area markers at the east side of <br />the 18 LT pad will need to be relocated to the approved disturbance boundary. During this inspection it appears <br />that this item remains outstanding and will need to be addressed. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />Topsoil piles were observed throughout the site. Overall, the topsoil piles observed were <br />marked with topsoil identification markers and appeared stable. Many of the topsoil piles still had snow covering <br />them. <br />Maintenance items: <br />-The topsoil stockpile at the 5MN Cement Borehole pad area needs to be graded into a stable configuration, <br />seeded and marked with a topsoil identification marker. <br />-The topsoil stripped from the access road to the 5MN Cement Borehole pad needs to be consolidated into <br />stockpiles, graded into a stable configuration, seeded and marked with topsoil identification markers. <br />DOCUMENTS RECEIVED: <br />1.)
