Fueling will be <br />conducted in pre designated area. This area will <br />have a proper spill containment kit available and all <br />employees will be notified of its location. <br />Deliveries of chemicals will be staged and only <br />brought to the staging area prior to their use. <br />Vehicle and Equipment <br />X <br />Will occur during all phases of construction. BMP's - <br />Maintenance and Fueling <br />Limit areas where these operations will occur, <br />Designate areas during the pre construction phase, <br />Spill response kit is available and all contractors are <br />aware of its Iocation.Fuel storage will comply with <br />the 150% spill containment capacity. This will be <br />achieved by compacted berm as secondary <br />containment. Spill clean -up according to the spill <br />containment plan included. Administrative <br />controls to include: Keeping maintenance on -site <br />to a minimum, ECS conduct surveys to ensure that <br />proper controls are in place. <br />Dust or Particle Control <br />X <br />Will occur during all phases of construction and pit <br />operation. Measure to control will include dust <br />control by use of watering and tack /mulch operation <br />as necessary. <br />Fertilzers, Pesticides, Solvents <br />X <br />No potential noted at this time. <br />Waste Management <br />X <br />Potential throughout construction. BMP's -Trash <br />containment will be provided and disposed of <br />when full, Trash throughout site will be picked up <br />daily, Waste piles will be placed 50ft from state <br />waters, containment via berms. Liquid waste will <br />be contained and disposed of, according to the spill <br />management plan. <br />
