Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Blue Valley Ranch Site at 3375 Colorado State Highway 9 Inspection Schedule Specific Inspection Frequency Overview of Inspection Requirements Inspection Frequency: • Once every 14 calendar days and within 24 hours of a storm event of 0.25 inches or greater. Increased if the site discharges to a sensitive water. Inspection frequency may be decreased to account for stabilized areas, or for arid, semi -arid, or drought- stricken conditions, or for frozen conditions. Areas That Need to Be Inspected During each inspection, the following areas of the site will be inspected: • Cleared, graded, or excavated areas of the site; . • Stormwater controls (e.g., perimeter controls, sediment basins, inlets, exit points etc.) and pollution prevention practices (e.g., pollution prevention practices for vehicle fueling /maintenance and washing, construction product storage, handling, and disposal, etc.) at the site; • Material, waste, or borrow areas covered by the permit, and equipment storage and maintenance areas; • Areas where stormwater flows within the site; • Stormwater discharge points; and • Areas where stabilization has been implemented.
