That historical information does not change Greeley's position and so,
Greeley will continue filling the cistern with hauled water when necessary and in a manner that
is reasonable and responsive to the Rodmans' requests. If the Rodmans need the cistern to be
filled, please have them contact Lory Stephens, office manager for the Greeley Water and Sewer
Department, at 970 - 350 -9812.
In addition, we have not received a response to our request for the Rodmans to reconsider
prohibiting Bill Schenderlein from entering the Rodman property to monitor groundwater levels.
Please advise accordingly.
Thank you once again for your continued attention and assistance in this matter.
Sincerely,
Andrew Nicewicz
Environmental and Water Resources Attorney
City of Greeley, Colorado
cc: Peter Hays
Eric Reckentine
City Attorney's Office . 1100 10th Street, Suite 401, Greeley, CO 80631 a (970) 350 -9757 Fax (970) 350 -9763
We promise to preserve and improve the quality of life for Greeley through timely, courteous and cost - effective service.
