Since then your inspectors have visited that site. Due to operational <br />considerations, CC &V now needs to move the crusher from the location described above to the <br />South Cresson Pit (see attached). You visited this location on your March 4, 2014 inspection. <br />This change will not alter the total amount of rock crushed, but will remove a topographic <br />restraint encountered at the first location. <br />Permit basis for alternate location for crushing stemming <br />This is not a change to the total volume crushed by or for CC &V and will not exceed the <br />Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment — Air Pollution Control Division <br />(APCD) Permit 98TE0545 Modification 8 Section 8, which states that total production will not <br />exceed 89,138,000 tons of material per year including "ore and waste rock ".
