The enclosed Annual Report and attachments follow the format of the questionnaire we <br />received from DRMS in the Annual Fee Invoice and Report Request letter dated February 2, 2015. The <br />report describes 2014 reclamation and disturbance activities, estimated reclamation and disturbance <br />activities planned for 2015, and provides information on water quality monitoring and weed control. The <br />Annual Report also includes the first annual (year 2014) tailing storage facility (TSF) evaluation for <br />Tenmile and Mayflower TSFs in accordance with the June 23, 2014 adequacy response letter for <br />Technical Revision 23. <br />Climax also has reevaluated the way that disturbed and reclaimed acreage is classified and mapped and <br />has made a correction to the total acres graded in the 2014 Annual Report.
