Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br />The reclaimed access roads to the portals were stable as noted earlier in the report. <br />The access road from Highway 139 to the reclaimed section of access road was stable and slightly saturated. The <br />entrance road remains in good condition with no signs of divots, erosion or cutting. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The reclaimed haul road and portals remain stable and well vegetated. Roughening of the reclaimed area has <br />proven to be successful. <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The Loma Loadout located in Loma was inspected. The identification sign had all information for compliance. <br />The lone silt fence was stable and in working order. This area is expected to receive full phase III bond release as <br />part of SL -2. Currently SL -2 is still in comment period. <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS — Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification signs were located at the gated entrance of the mine site. The signs included all information for <br />compliance. <br />Disturbance markers were located along the mine site in proper locations. All markers were visible from one to the <br />other. <br />TOPSOIL — Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />The remaining topsoil pile was used in the pond reclamation. No topsoil piles remain on site. <br />
