Highway 385 <br />Wray, CO 80758 <br />SD-- ( AJ) <br />W,a 010 0 y3 <br />Re: Falk/Ritchey's Redi Mix & Precast Inc Pit #1, Permit M -2010 -043, Transfer of Permit and <br />Succession of Operator Request for Financial Warranty, SO -1 <br />Dear Mr. Chamberlain: <br />On March 18, 2015, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety completed the review of the <br />Transfer of Permit and Succession of Operator application submitted to the Division on March 17, 2015 <br />and called complete on March 18, 2015. <br />On the SO application form, the right to a 30 day decision was waived, allowing the Division to inspect <br />the site and recalculate the bond required to finalize approval of the transfer. The estimated liability of <br />the reclamation bond has been calculated to be $30,800.00. Please submit a financial warranty in the <br />amount of $30,800.00 within 60 days. The transfer of Permit M- 2010 -043 will not be final until the <br />bond is approved by the Division.
