16 March 2015 <br />Tom Bird, Manager of Coal Services <br />GCC Energy, LLC <br />6473 County Road 120 <br />Hesperus, CO 81326 <br />Re:King Coal Mine (Permit No. C-1981-035) <br />Review of 2014Annual Pond Inspection Report(Amended) <br />Dear Mr. Bird: <br />The Division issued a review of GCC’s 2014 Annual Pond Inspection Report on Dec. 31, 2014. <br />Twoportions of the rules had not been addressed, and a response was required to be submitted <br />by Jan. 30, 2015.An amended report wasreceivedonJan. 28, 2015.
