The problems noted during the inspection conducted by the Division and the U.S. Forest
Service have been documented in detail in the Inspection Report dated December 1, 2014. In addition,
photographs of the existing conditions were included in the report. If you have evidence the cited
problems have been corrected, then please provide such evidence to the Division. If the problems are not
corrected by the corrective action date (June 1, 2015), then the cited problems may be escalated to
possible violations and referred to the Mined Land Reclamation Board.
You have also requested that a representative from Atomic Perfection Inc. be present for all future
inspections. On November 6, 2014 you were notified in writing that a citizen compliant had been filed
against your operation and the letter informed you the Division would contact you to schedule an
inspection. Numerous attempts to reach you via telephone to schedule an inspection were unsuccessful.
Pursuant to Hard Rock Rule 3.2(1), the Division may enter upon the lands of the Operator at all
reasonable times for the purpose of conducting an inspection to determine whether the provisions of the
Act and the Rules have been complied with. Please review your contact information on file with the
Division and update it as necessary.
If you have any questions, you may reach me at (303)866 -3567 x8116.
Sinc rely,
Michael A.
