G' MAR 2015 <br />RE: Sprague Stone, File No. M- 2015 -006 &MOAN OF RECLAT,%TgX <br />Applicant /Operator: Sprague Stone, LLC UNING AND SAFET'y, <br />Contact: Matthew Sprague, (970) 481 -3779 <br />Section 22, Twp 6 North, Rng 70 West, 6th P.M., Larimer County <br />CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL <br />® Exposure of ground water must not occur during or after mining operations. <br />® The applicant will need to document that any water used at the site was obtained from a legal source, <br />or was diverted in priority under a water right decreed for such mining /industrial use. <br />COMMENTS: The subject application is for a surface mining operation on approximately 62.026 permitted <br />acres northwest of Loveland, Colorado. The primary commodity to be mined at the site is sandstone. The site <br />is proposed to be reclaimed to its current use of rangeland upon completion of this mining operation. <br />The applicant did not indicate any exposure of ground water at the site, therefore exposure of ground water <br />must not occur. The applicant did not indicate any requirement for water use at the site. If any water is to be <br />used at the site, the applicant will need to document that it was obtained from a legal source permitted or <br />decreed for such use. <br />Stormwater will be discharged to Buckhorn Creek in accordance with a discharge permit from the Colorado <br />Department of Public Health Et Environment.
