EFCI requested a new reference area in
2010 which was to be combined with the original reference area for the 20.2 %.
Now EFCI has requested a re- vegetation standard change based on the 2013 Re-
vegetation Report
Refuse Pile Reference Area is reduced from 79.8% to 48.29 %,
New Portal Refuse Area is 29.1 % instead of 10%
Old Refuse Area is .48.% instead of 10%
Loadout is the remainder. But the Loadout Area is not in the permit area and has already
had a change in reference area (I asked Rob this question ?)
The Species diversity standard should remain the same with 2 dominant warm season
grass species collectively comprise 50% of the total plan cover area. The two warm season
species in the refuse pile reference area are blue gramma and sand dropseed and the
refuse pile is similar.
The 2013 Re- vegetation Report is not available at the DRMS to review.
We requested shrubs in the seed mix and trees and shrubs for re- vegetation.
https:H mail. google. com /mai I /u/0 / ?ui =2 &i k= e29129fcb5 &view = pt &search =i nbox &th= 14c23c61057a385f &si m l= 14c23c61057a385f 1/2
