It will be two years in May. <br />A new monitoring well needs to be drilled by EFCI to replace MWNW. <br />1. MWNW does not meet the standards for a monitoring well and should have not been used at all <br />2. MWNW has always been reported dry. <br />3. MWNW was most likely damaged by roof fall. <br />4. It was retreat mined and damaged <br />5.MWNW has been blocked by a piece of wood 2X4X8 and yards of cabling 18" above the mine workings for <br />who knows how long. Rob Zuber photographed the cable that was removed from the well in his monthly <br />Inspection Report. The piece of wood remains. <br />6.
