Box 580, <br />Rye, CO 81069; (719) 489 -3385, has filed a reclamation permit application to extract construction materials with <br />this office. The operation will be located at or near Section 16, Township 1 S, Range 80W, 06th Principal Meridian, <br />in Grand County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and <br />Range. The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for Rangeland. <br />The decision date for this application is scheduled for March 26, 2015, providing all permit requirements have been <br />met. Any comments or objections must be submitted in writing and be filed with the Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 18, 2015 to be considered in the application review process.
