and delineation of shrub clumps. <br />• EFCI needs to further discuss potential problems with TDS in runoff below Pond 5. <br />• EFCI needs to add a discussion of potential impacts of subsidence on renewable resource <br />lands. <br />• The list of structures that could be impacted by subsidence does not include the Corley <br />Company Well. This text needs to be edited to include this well. EFCI also needs to <br />confirm that no other wells are within the areal extent of predicted subsidence. <br />• EFCI needs to address buffer zones in light of the current rules. <br />With the first response, EFCI addressed most of the adequacy issues. The second adequacy <br />letter, sent by the Division on July 3, 2014, contained eight issues that still required action by <br />EFCI. <br />With the second response, EFCI addressed all but four of the adequacy issues. The third <br />adequacy letter, sent by the Division on September 9, 2014, contained four issues that still <br />required action by EFCI. <br />Since September, EFCI has addressed all of the remaining adequacy issues. <br />Revisions since the Last Midterm Review <br />The most recent midterm (MT -06) for the Southfield Mine was issued on February 20, 2013. <br />The following summarizes all of the revisions that have submittal dates and /or decision dates <br />subsequent to February 20, 2013. No permit revisions, permit transfers, or bond release <br />applications were submitted (or decided upon) after this date. <br />MR -60 <br />This MR was a response to some of the Division comments from MT -06. This MR was <br />approved and issued on April 26, 2013. <br />MR -61 <br />This MR was a response to some of the Division comments from MT -06. This MR was <br />approved and issued on August 23, 2013. <br />MR -62 <br />This MR added drill hole log information to the PAP. This MR was approved and issued on <br />May 5, 2014. <br />MR -63 <br />This MR entailed an update to the drill hole sealing procedure and the map showing drill hole <br />locations in the PAP. This MR was approved and issued on August 14, 2014. <br />
