MANAGEMENT
On behalf of CAM - Colorado, LLC, (CAM) enclosed is an application for a technical revision to
allow incremental bonding at the Fruita loadout in accordance with Rules 3.02.1(5)(b) and (6).
The approval of incremental bonding will allow the bond to be reduced to $10,000, the
minimum allowed as per Rule 3.02.2(3). Therefore this technical revision application is also
requesting a bond adjustment of $1,614,925.88.
The estimated cost to reclaim the site as it is today involves sealing two monitoring wells and
removing boundary markers. The estimate provided on page 3.02 -64 totals $7,463. CAM
monitored four alluvial wells. However, only two of the wells are located on CAM's property.
The other two wells were pre- existing wells owned by others. The other landowner allowed
CAM to utilize these two wells to establish baseline conditions.
The attached pages and Map 23 provide the details of the incremental bonding.
Sincerely,
J.
