MR -64 <br />With MR -64, EFCI edited the PAP text for the water year associated with the Annual Hydrology <br />Report (AHR) and the deadline for this report. This was done to alleviate a discrepancy between <br />the permit and the AHR. This MR was approved and issued on August 7, 2014. <br />MR -65 <br />This MR updated the Mine Area Surface & Groundwater Hydrology Map (Map 12). This MR <br />was approved and issued on December 31, 2014. <br />MR -66 <br />This MR entails the addition of a new disturbed area: a borrow area for water bars on the <br />Davison Branch Road. This MR was approved by the Division on March 5, 2015. <br />TR -39 <br />This TR relocated the portal area reference area to a site more representative of pre - disturbance <br />vegetation, soils and slope aspect. This TR was approved on May 10, 2013. <br />TR -40 <br />EFCI had requested removal of monitoring well MW -NW from the approved water monitoring <br />program. This TR was withdrawn February 25, 2014. <br />TR -41 <br />This TR relocated the grassland reference area for the loadout because the previously approved <br />reference area was disturbed by a third party. This TR was approved on November 6, 2014. <br />TR -42 <br />This revision proposes to convert the Pond 4 status to permanent structure. This TR is pending <br />approval by the Division (as of March 9, 2015). <br />TR -43 <br />This TR entails termination of the water monitoring program at Southfield Mine. This TR is <br />pending approval by the Division (as of March 9, 2015). <br />TR -44 <br />This revision proposes to convert the Pond 5 status to permanent structure. This TR is pending <br />approval by the Division (as of March 9, 2015). <br />TR -45 <br />This revision proposes to modify vegetation standards. This TR is pending approval by the <br />Division (as of March 9, 2015). <br />Description of the Environment <br />The Southfield Mine is located approximately eight miles south of Florence, Colorado in <br />Fremont County. The mine can be reached by driving south from Florence via Colorado Route <br />67 to Fremont County Route 15, then continuing on Route 15 for 4 miles to the mine entrance. <br />
