The application was submitted by Energy <br />Fuels Coal, Inc. on January 21, 2014 for the Southfield Mine. In accordance with Rule <br />2.08.5(3)(b) of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for <br />Coal Mining, we are providing notice of this proposed decision. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request <br />a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the first publication <br />of the public notice by the Division in the Canon City Daily Record. <br />The underground mine is located approximately 7 miles South of Florence, Colorado.
