NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
<br />APPLICATION FOR LOGICAL MINING UNIT MODIFICATION APPROVAL AND
<br />PROPOSED EFFECTIVE DATE OF APPROVAL.
<br />The Colorado State Office of the Bureau of Land Management received an application from
<br />Central Appalachia Mining- Colorado, LLC, 743 Horizon St. Grand Junction, Colorado 81506-
<br />8716, for a modification of the Logical Mining Unit (LMU) COC -57198 in accordance with 43
<br />CFR 3487. The application for the proposed LMU is available for public inspection at the BLM
<br />Colorado State Office, 2850 Youngfield Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80215, during regular
<br />business hours (9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) Monday through Friday.
