Gallegos Liability Release Request Letter
Photo 2. Looking from upper switchback east toward permit boundary.
The landowner of the affected lands is:
Marble Airfield LLC
P. O. Box 1860
Bentonville, Arkansas 72712
Gallegos also requests removing the Marble Airfield LLC property, 7.56 acres, from the permit area
because harvesting is completed and the area is reclaimed. This is a reduction in permit area from 30.89
acres to 23.33 acres. The permit area markers on the southern boundary have been removed and will be
installed along the United States Forest Service boundary in the spring. This request is being made
because harvesting is completed and the disturbed area reclaimed according to the approved reclamation
plan. The attached pictures 3 -14 show the permit area markers at intervals and the same approximate
interval with the permit area markers removed. The red arrows identify permit area markers.
Photos 3 and 4.Looking at Permit Area Boundary West of Staging Area. Boundary Markers Removed in Photo 4.
Tetra Tech
