March 6, 2015 <br />Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 213 <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br />RE: Phillips Ranch Property Gravel Pit #2 M- 2000 -046 <br />Conversion to 112 Permit Application <br />Two Whom It May Concern: <br />Pioneer Sand Company Inc. is applying to the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety to convert a 110 Permit, M- 2000 -046, to a 112 <br />Permit to extract gravel from approximately 175 acres located in a portion of Section <br />36, Township 19 South and Section 1, Township 20 South, Range 69 West, 6th P.M. <br />in Fremont County, Colorado. This conversion will include 110 Permit M- 1997 -097, <br />Phillips Ranch Property Gravel Pit. <br />Construction material produced from the Phillips Ranch Property Gravel Pit #2 <br />will be used to maintain and improve roads, utility infrastructure and landscapes <br />throughout Colorado.
