Rd. 97 <br />Haxtun, CO 80731 <br />Re: Larson Pit, Permit No. M- 2007 -012, Technical Revision Approval TR -01 <br />Dear Mr. Larson: <br />On March 10, 2015 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on February 19, 2015, addressing the following: <br />Technical Revision to the Mine Plan: Approve operation to only affect Phase II (maximum allowed <br />disturbance revised to 223 acres) and the addition of 200 C. Y. of concrete to recycle. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />2007 -012.
