Compliance With Mine Plan - Support Facilities Not On-site <br />NN <br /> - Other - Special Categories Of Mining <br />NR <br /> - Processing Waste - Topsoil <br /> <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />This was a complete inspection of the Munger Canyon Mine by Zach Trujillo of Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS). Corey Heaps of CAM Mining, LLC was present at the mine site and <br />accompanied DRMS in the inspection. Records were checked on February 24, 2014 followed up with the ground <br />inspection on February 26, 2014. Weather conditions were clear and the temperature around fifty degrees <br />fahrenheit with ground conditions mostly dry. The mine is currently in reclamation and has recently removed all <br />culverts and reclaimed the sediment pond. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />All records are kept at the office of J. E. Stover & Associate, Inc. in Grand Junction, Colorado. Please see the <br /> at the end of this inspection report for more detailed information. <br /> <br />BACKFILL and GRADING Rule 4.14 <br />Contemporaneous Reclamation 4.14.1; Approximate Original Contour 4.14.2; Highwall Elimination 4.14.1(2)(f); <br />Steep Slopes 4.14.2, 4.27; Handling of Acid and Toxic Materials 4.14.3; Stabilization of Rills and Gullies 4.14.6: <br />The sediment pond has been backfilled and graded in the previous months.
