Compliance With Mine Plan - Support Facilities Not On-site <br />NN <br /> - Other - Special Categories Of Mining <br />NN <br /> - Processing Waste - Topsoil <br /> <br /> <br />COMMENTS <br /> <br />This was a complete inspection of the Fruita Loadout by Zach Trujillo of Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br />Mining and Safety (DRMS). No company representative was present at the mine site and accompanied DRMS in <br />the inspection. Records were checked on Feburary 24, 2015 followed up with the ground inspection that same day. <br />Weather conditions were clear and the temperature around fifty degrees fahrenheit with ground conditions mostly <br />dry. The Fruita Loadout is currently inactive. The permit was issued on March 6, 2012 but the operator has not yet <br />begun construction of any of the planned facilities. There was no activity at the site during this inspection and the <br />site remains undisturbed by the loadout operations. <br />AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS Rule 5.02.4(1): <br />All records are kept at the office of J. Reed Wash was flowing at <br />the time of the inspection.
