In order to satisfy the Division's concerns, <br />please provide copies of the borehole logs for the boreholes referenced in the Brierly <br />Associates' letter, as well as a borehole profile cross - section. In addition; provide the <br />Division with well data for the surrounding area or any other available information to <br />demonstrate the observed groundwater is not connected to the regional groundwater table. <br />3. The Summary of Groundwater Conditions at Ralston Quarry letter from Brierley Associates <br />stated there were temporary groundwater monitoring wells installed at borings BA -4 and BA- <br />s. Please indicate if these temporary groundwater monitoring wells are still in place and <br />provide the Division with any available monitoring data from the wells. <br />4. Please respond to the attached comments from Tim Cazier regarding the stability analysis. <br />As previously mentioned, if you are unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies <br />prior to the decision date (March 17, 2015), it will be your responsibility to request an <br />extension of time to allow for continued review of this application.
