3/10/2015 State.co.us Executive Branch Mail - Fwd: W hen can I expect a response to my email regarding TR 45 to respond by Monday
for 50% warm and 50% cool season grasses. EFCI did not interseed nor did the Division require them to do it. In
that report shrub density also could not be met. Rabbit Brush and Sage Brush were the dominant shrubs. Only 4
Wing Saltbush survived and only on the SW side of the refuse pile.
When I called George Patterson in the summer 2012 at the time we were meeting Janet to talk to her about
revegetation since she was our Environmental Specialist after Kent Gorham left, George said "Whatever the
Division requires ".
It seems he has changed his mind.
We asked Janet Binns and Dan Hernandez to enforce the DRMS standards in a meeting regarding vegetation in
January 2013.
We will ask that the DRMS enforce the revegetation standards in the regulations and not allow EFCI to rewrite
them or come up with their own percentages and averages.
Linda Saunders, K2T LLC
hftps://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ui=2&ik=e29129fcb5&vi ew =pt &search= i nbox &th= 14c00466a3280510 &si m 1= 14c00466a3280510 2/2
