6.4.3 EXHIBIT C — Pre- Mining and Mining Plan Map of Affected Lands <br />Exhibit map C -1 - Pre - mining and Mining plan map is attached herein. The following <br />items, per Rule 6.4.3 are included on this exhibit: <br />(a) All adjoining surface owners of record are shown; <br />(b) No buildings, creeks, roads, oil and gas wells and lines, power and <br />communication lines are within the affected area. Roads, structures and streams <br />within 200 feet of the affected area are labeled on the map. <br />(c) The existing topography of the affected area is shown at 2 -foot contours. <br />(d) The total additional area of 27.5 acres and the proposed amended mining limits <br />of 66.9 acres are shown on the map. <br />(e) The present vegetation of the amended area is approximately 50% rangeland <br />and 50% irrigated cropland. Those areas are labeled on Exhibit C -1. <br />(f) No additional water resources are located within 200 feet of the affected land. <br />An un -named ephemeral wastewater drainage that bisects the western portion fo <br />the site, is shown on the map. <br />(g) No significant, valuable and permanent man -made structures are located on the <br />affected land. Homes, barns and sheds on the Neal property are within 200 feet <br />of the permit boundary and are within a 200 feet from the proposed mining <br />limits /affected areas as shown on the map. <br />(h) Site soils were identified by the NRCS Web Soil Survey and are shown in Exhibit I <br />— Soils Data for reference. <br />Neal Pit — Amended Permit <br />Exhibit C <br />
