The following inspection tonics were identified as having Problems or Possible Violations. OPERATORS
SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING PAGES CAREFULLY IN ORDER TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE
WITH THE TERMS OF THE PERMIT AND APPLICABLE RULES AND REGULATIONS. If a
Possible Violation is indicated, you will be notified under separate cover as to when the Mined Land
Reclamation Board will consider possible enforcement action.
INSPECTION TOPIC: Hydrologic Balance and Off -site Damage
POSSIBLE VIOLATION(S):
1) Failure to eliminate flooded conditions on the Einspahr property by the Board- ordered deadline of
January 17, 2015,
2) Failure to minimize disturbance to the prevailing hydrologic balance in the surrounding area (C.R.S. 34-
32.5- 116(4)(h)), and
3) Failure to protect areas outside the affected land from damage (C.R.S. 34- 32.5 - 116(4)(1)).
