OPERATORS <br />SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING PAGES CAREFULLY IN ORDER TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE <br />WITH THE TERMS OF THE PERMIT AND APPLICABLE RULES AND REGULATIONS. If a <br />Possible Violation is indicated, you will be notified under separate cover as to when the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board will consider possible enforcement action. <br />INSPECTION TOPIC: Hydrologic Balance and Off -site Damage <br />POSSIBLE VIOLATION(S): <br />1) Failure to eliminate flooded conditions on the Einspahr property by the Board- ordered deadline of <br />January 17, 2015, <br />2) Failure to minimize disturbance to the prevailing hydrologic balance in the surrounding area (C.R.S. 34- <br />32.5- 116(4)(h)), and <br />3) Failure to protect areas outside the affected land from damage (C.R.S. 34- 32.5 - 116(4)(1)). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: To be determined during the March 25 -26, 2015 Board hearing. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION DUE DATE: To be determined during the March 25-26,2015 Board <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />
