New Elk Coal Company <br />le <br />NECC - Amended page 2.05 -43 provides a demonstration that the material properties <br />of the development waste are such that when it is deposited on the existing pile either <br />alone or when mixed with processing waste the design of the RDA will not be <br />compromised. <br />DRIIS hem Resolved <br />9. DRMS - Exhibit 28 (Reclamation Cost Estimate) should be updated to reflect the <br />increased reclamation cost resulting from the proposed new structures. Please submit <br />a revised RCE or state that you wish the Division to update the RCE. <br />NECC - Please have the Division update the RCE. <br />DRMS — The RCE will be updated when all outstanding adequacy issues are resolved <br />DRMS — Item Resolved <br />10. DRMS - TR68 was issued on February 13, 2015. This revision reformatted large <br />sections of the permit text, and has led to some issues with pagination. The majority <br />of these issues will be addressed in the review of the RN6 application, which is now <br />in progress. In the meantime, the revised pages submitted with the TR70 application <br />should be numbered in accordance with TR68 text. <br />NECC — See attached Section 2.05 Pages 11 -74.
