GP Aggregates, LLC. — West Farm Pit — Reclamation Bond Reduction Request. <br />File No. M- 2008 -078 <br />Dear Ms. Eschberger, <br />The West Farm Pit slung wall construction has been completed and the leak test passed and was <br />accepted by the State Engineer's Office (SEO). Todd Yee with J &T Consulting, Inc. sent a copy of the <br />acceptance letter from the SEO, and a copy of the final test report to you via e-mail on February 16, <br />2015. GP Aggregates, LLC (GP) is requesting a reduction in the current Irrevocable Letter of Credit for <br />the financial warranty that is in place for the West Farm Pit for removing the costs associated with <br />constructing the slurry wall. <br />Attached to this letter is the calculation of the reclamation bond reduction for removing the slurry wall <br />construction costs based on the costs and percentages in the DRMS bond calculation for Technical <br />Revision No. 4 for your reference. <br />The current Irrevocable Letter of Credit amount in place for the financial warranty is $678,944.00. <br />Reducing the current reclamation bond amount by the $117,906.94 reduction shown in the attached <br />calculation, the revised Irrevocable Letter of Credit amount should now be $561,037.06. <br />GP appreciates your consideration of this reclamation bond reduction request and looks forward to your <br />response. <br />Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments. <br />Sincerely, <br />ad Nyquist —Manager <br />f42 GP Aggregates, LLC <br />Attachments: <br />Reclamation Bond Reduction Calculation <br />4 AV & Report-T � <br />r -4 No- Malatims <br />1 of 1 <br />
