DETAILED SITE INSPECTION OBSERVATIONS <br />The site appears to be in compliance with the current mining and <br />GENERAL COMPLIANCE <br />reclamation plans. Good housekeeping. <br />No Site development has occurred since the last inspection. <br />SITE DEVELOPMENT <br />The mine operates intermittently. Approx. 6,000 tons of material. has been <br />removed in the last year. Material is pushed off the top of the peak to the <br />Ln <br />south, sorted, and trucked out. The first bench depth has been achieved <br />OPERATIONAL PHASE <br />and in the future there will be benches stepped down from there that are <br />z <br />the width of a loader length. <br />g <br />- <br />a <br />Reclamation has not occurred since the last inspection. The area that was <br />o <br />seeded before 05/14/2014 has a decently thick vegetative cover due to the <br />RECLAMATION STATUS <br />amount of rain received within the last month. The reclaimed area is north <br />g <br />(TOPSOIL, ROADS, ETC.) <br />east of the road that leads to where material is being pushed off. Will <br />continue with reclamation plan next spring as top benches are finished. <br />w <br />z <br />LUiu <br />Recent precipitation has caused some pooling in the bottom of the pit. <br />z <br />Gullies can be seen in the road leading to the top of the benches. Matt <br />EROSION/ SEDIMENTATION <br />stated that these gullies will be smoothed out when the equipment starts <br />going to the top when operations resume. <br />No explosives are stored on site. No blasting has occurred. <br />EXPLOSIVES <br />l <br />There does not appear to be any safety issues at this time. <br />SAFETY <br />The walls do not appear to be unstable after the recent precipitation. No <br />ENGINEERING/ GEOLOGIC & STABILITY <br />issues are noted at this time. <br />CONDITIONS <br />The site appears to be in compliance with all other federal and state <br />OTHER LOCAL/ STATE/ FEDERAL REQ. & <br />requirements. <br />COMPLIANCE <br />
