DETAILED SITE INSPECTION OBSERVATIONS <br />Good housekeeping. Overall the site seems to be in compliance <br />GENERAL COMPLIANCE <br />There has been no additional site development. <br />SITE DEVELOPMENT <br />The mine is still operating in phase 1 and will be for quite some time. I <br />passed 2 trucks hauling material driving in this morning. There are <br />N <br />approximately 5 floors to the site. The road up to the top level has been <br />� <br />OPERATIONAL PHASE <br />fixed after the heavy rains this fall and the to floor considered a half floor <br />Y p ( <br />z <br />this spring) has been dropped about 20ft. It is currently being mined. <br />g <br />z <br />RECLAMATION STATUS <br />No reclamation has occurred recently. <br />0 <br />(TOPSOIL, ROADS, ETC.) <br />th <br />There is water holding in the pond on the 4 floor (developed during heavy <br />rains) and on the bottom floor. The water in the upper pond will be <br />U <br />LU <br />pumped to the lower pond. The west - facing benches on the BLM are fairly <br />o?S <br />EROSION/ SEDIMENTATION <br />eroded in sections after the heavy rains this fall. Additional reclamation <br />z <br />may be needed during final reclamation of the site. Water flow and erosion <br />have been contained. <br />Blasting occurred on the 4th floor about three weeks ago. The blast site has <br />EXPLOSIVES <br />been bermed. <br />It is recommended that the blast sites be visibly marked. <br />SAFETY <br />There does not appear to be any problems with engineering or geologic <br />ENGINEERING/ GEOLOGIC & STABILITY <br />stability conditions, with the exception of the bench situation that was pre - <br />CONDITIONS <br />existing the current owners work. <br />The site appears to be in compliance with all other state and federal <br />OTHER LOCAL/ STATE/ FEDERAL REQ. & <br />requirements. <br />COMPLIANCE <br />
